What You Know or Should Have Known
Real Estate licensees are being held responsible not only for what they
know but what they should have known by real estate commissions
and the courts. Listing licensees cannot depend totally on what
the seller tells them about the property being listed. Buyer Agents
cannot depend totally on the information provided by the listing
licensee or the seller. Your clients may well expect you to "go the
extra mile" for them because they have hired you to look out in their
best interest. Come to this course and join in on a discussion about
some of these areas and how you can serve your client better and safer.
