This is the mandatory core course to activate or renew a real estate
license in the state of Maine. This course is approved for three clock hours of continuing education credit by the Maine Real Estate commission.

Due Diligence In Buyer Brokerage

Courts are holding buyer brokers responsible for far more than
most of us ever thought possible. Come to this course and discuss
the various aspects of buyer broker liability with respect to
property disclosures, fiduciary responsibilities, and overall

course covers hiring, and training of personal assistants as

Deeds, Descriptions and Due Diligence

licensee act as a Transaction Broker? What is the difference between

 Home Inspection Liability For Real Estate Licensees

Topics covered in this course include: basics of the home inspection,
situations in which the licensee may become legally entangled in the home inspection, conflicts of interest, importance of how the home inspector communicates with the buyer, what the buyer and seller expect from a home inspection, various types of home inspections, the four cannon sins in a home inspection report, how to find a qualified home inspector, certain clauses that may be found in a home inspection report.  Instructor: Tony Brueneman. What You Know or Should Have Known

Real Estate licensees are being held responsible not only for what they
know but what they should have known by real estate commissions
